Complaint of unprofessional conduct on the part of a registered person must be lodged in writing addressed to the Secretary. Alternatively click here and complete the form

A registered person against whom a complaint of unprofessional conduct has been lodged will be notified within 30 days.

The Council will investigate all complaints of unprofessional conduct.

If found guilty of breaching the Code of Conduct the person is liable to:

  • A suspension for a period of time as the Council may determine;
  • An expulsion; or
  • A fine.
